Self-Imposed Exile

I think I'm going to pull a Garbo and so will be disappearing from both blogs, Twitter, and Facebook for a period of time. Not that I've been updating any of those things very often, but Facebook in particular has me agitated and I really don't have anything to say. So with that I'll leave you lot with a bunch of links that I've been meaning to post. No snarky commenting though.

• An interview with Kathy Foster of the Thermals that contains the best description of the Cribs known to man:

  They’re from Wakefield, which is outside of Leeds...It’s three brothers plus Johnny Marr. The guys that sing and play guitar and bass are twins, and then the younger brother plays drums. They’re getting really big in the UK...People just go crazy for them...singing every word and pointing at them.

• Kate Nash goes to LA to pick a producer. Whilst there she also plans on making up for lost time with BF Ryan, which I don't begrudge her at all*.
• The BBC Trust checks to make sure BBC Radio 2 and 6Music are just really pointless.

*Seriously I don't. I'm not being sarcastic in any way. Kate and Ryan are one of the few couples in this world don't make me seethe with rage. So I don't begrudge her whatsoever.
