Or maybe just the arrogance of fame. In any event, New Young Pony Club cancelled a gig tonight in Brighton and didn't apologize. Even Kaiser Dicks apologized for their cancellation. I'm not entirely sure whether the White Stripes apologized, or if the Noisettes bothered, but I'm sure most artists take the time to say "Gee, sorry for the inconvenience." But not New Young Pony Club. Oh no, because one of them was sick, they cancel without an apology. Didn't I say things were only going to get worse?
In other news I continue to be eternally grateful that I ended up with Allison as a room-mate. Eternally and forever thankful.
